Black College Reunion 2008: April 4-6
Black College Reunion or B.C.R., as it is affectionately known, is THE place to be for spring break! It’s non-stop party action from the time you get there until the time you leave. Whether you walk the strip, hit the clubs, hang out on the beach, or try to get your fifteen minutes of fame on the world's best beaches in Daytona Beach your guaranteed to have fun!
The actual event occurs on one two-mile strip right next to the beach called Atlantic Avenue. All the hotels, clubs, shops,concerts and etc. all take place in one area so there isn't a need to drive anywhere to get to your destination.
The event known as Black College Reunion, or Black Spring Break, was born in Daytona Beach Fl. in 1984, as a reunion of graduates from Flordia A&M and Bethune Cookman College. It quickly has become one of the premier events for African Americans age 18-24.
Former host of the world renowned BET Spring Bling, you’re bound to see lots of celebrities and performances from your favorite hip-hop artists.
BEWARE!! You will see lots of thongs, ripped abs, and lots and lots of fine bodies. The women are hot and the men are fine as hell. You DON’T want to miss this event!!!!!!

PERFORM AT ATLANTA'S NDA' GAME ENTERTAINMENT SHOW & BEACH PARTY AT THE BANDSHELL FRIDAY & SATURDAY, APRIL 4-5TH
In keeping with our 2008 campaign "Perform In Front of Crowds of People" Atlanta's NDa' Game Entertainment and Bama Hip Hop, in conjunction with Collegiate Events (Daytona Beach) made plans for a showcase and beach party for the Black College Reunion (BCR) Spring Bling aka Black Spring Break event at The Bandshell in Daytona Beach during Friday and Saturday April 4-5th. The venue is a major outdoor landmark in Daytona Beach, a beachfront property with a large courtyard in front of the permanent stage for audience and vendors with a courtyard estimated estimated to accomodate over 6000 people standing. Independent Label/Artist sponsorship for up to a
>2-day Performance (April 4-5th) and promotions with Artist having multiple performances on Friday (3 p.m. until Midnight) and Saturday (10 a.m. until Midnight) all day,
>digital uneditied video interview and footage file of their performance for use on a website, podcast or DVD,
>banner display during their performance,
>promotions on Atlanta's NDa'Game Entertainment and Bama Hip Hop websites,
>flyers distributed around town including Bethune Cookman College and Florida A&M (where Black College Reunion all started) and mentions in press releases,
>walk-around hand-to-hand merchandising (no vendor space)
-- package sponsorship $500.
Commercial Business (and independent label/artist sponsorship) from $1,000 and up, will additionally entitle sponsor to have
>a 12x12 vendor space inside the Bandshell courtyard for 2-Days (we are also projecting that they can park their wrapped vehicle within their vendor space for more visibility and attraction)
>plus standard print and internet promotions,
>product sampling/distribution by our street team and/or prize sponsorship acknowledgement for kareoke and dance contest,
>commercial annoucements by the host of the show during the event,
>video footage of event attendees with your product,
>all-day banner display on stage.
Major Feature Option If an artist or label wants to be a major feature of the weekend for $2500 they can own a 1 hour block of time on stage each day allowing them to run several of their artists as a Label In-Concert presentation rather than sponsoring each artist individually, along with a 12x12 vendor space, an editied and titled DVD with effects of their performance and promotions exposure at the Commercial Business level. Can also be taken as an Event Title Sponsorship for a non-music business sponsorship.
Deadline for Sponsorship or Artist Registration: Saturday, March 15th. (Call if you need to make special arrangements).
